Ofcourse i did write something about me, i know that my photos alone will not cut it for them, and i hope my posts there will make it for them that i am not a spammer or hammering other models or i am just annoying others.

Re: What's your favorite retouching Forum

Thats strange to hear about Model Mayhem being so strict, I remember signing up years ago with ease.

It would be a far stretch to call the site "professional" sure there are a very few professional models, photographers, make up etc (I would say about 2 percent), but the vast majority do not in any way make a living from the photo / model based industry. I believe the site is geared toward the enthusiast model and photographer trying to improve their portfolios.

Nice one for getting accepted Tareq that is great news i tried a bit back and like the others i got a knock back i would of liked a reason to be dropped but like the others say they don't give a damn. if they are not decent enough to give a reason for the decline then I can't be bothered with them either. If I want to see something I can see most as a guest and anything else I come in here as this place rocks.

I agree, if i was rejected and not given any reason or explanation then i will not bother to apply again, sure it will annoy anyone.

Lucky i am accepted there from the beginning, now i hope i can get further more there, in fact i use their website to get in contact with models, and i will use RetouchPro for workflow in retouching, so i should combine both for the best.

Re: What's your favorite retouching Forum

It is just a misunderstanding, if you research MM you'll see that any photographer/retoucher based within a few km of the guys running it will not be accepted because they use the site to pick up young girls. It has nothing to do with your photography/ retouching ability. I am in another country so never had a problem.

Re: What's your favorite retouching Forum

I have been a member for four or five years...seen some of the best professionals run off over there...I just keep my mouth shut and lurk now.

For what it is worth, there is a reason Robert Randall isn't a member there anymore...
