| Now for a Little Something More! OK - so the whole skin tone straight retouching thing has been fun (and rather easy for some of you) so now how about a twist? You will notice that the model is a big part of this picture - but in a small way. And she does have some issues that need to be corrected! But what will you do with everything else in this picture.... remembering that the model still needs to draw the viewers attention! Now the last part of the instructions (if you will) ..... no cropping! http://www.kdpstudio.com/2008/image/KDP_4109.jpg Please respect the copyright on all of my images (so I can continue to provide them as practice images for you to use) Thank you for the respect... | Re: Now for a Little Something More! Took a try at this picture also. I am not a photographer or retoucher, I settle on what looks good to me, so no doubt there are numerous techinal errors. dc |

| Re: Now for a Little Something More! I like what you did with the surroundings... the darkened areas hep a lot. I'm having an issue only with the arm fat... I think it still needs a little rounding to be believable. Leave just a little there and then use dodge and burn to create a realistic shadow contour. |

| Re: Now for a Little Something More! Here's my go at it...i wanted to try something different than what i thought everyone else would do...hope you like it sorry the image has a lot of compression to get it to fit as an attachment in the forums but here's the link to the better image http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m...etouchbigg.jpg Last edited by yelhsaneerg; 02-02-2008 at 11:55 PM. | Re: Now for a Little Something More! Nice pic, here is my try with this one. I thought it could be a good idea to add something to the image to take it to a different place. What do you think? P.S. : Kasko, I just putting a cropped image to show some details that couldn’t be seen because of the compression. I didn’t mean to crop the image. |
