| Critique my photoshop Hey all I am kinda new to photoshop. This is my latest kick at the can. I had a shoot with a model with horrible skin. I had to rescue the session with photoshop. What are your thoughts? Does it look natural or overdone? Thanks in advance Tim |

What did the client think? If she was happy, you win. Now, as to where you might have taken it, had you been so inclined, that's a very different topic. Probably best left to a different image. |

| Re: Critique my photoshop Hi Tim, I am not a professional photographer or retoucher so I base my reaction to photographs not so much on the technical aspects, but on personal feelings. I opened the picture in Camer Raw--I use CS3--and the only thing that caught my eye was her left arm (picture right arm) and I noticed a some levels you could see the purple veins in this arm. I would try some of techniques you used on the face to correct the skin texture and using the liquify filter to reduce the under portion of the arm. Again this is a personal thought and I fully understand that the client has the final say. dc |
