My First Attempt
Ok let it rip, let me know what I did right, and more importantly what went wrong...

Very small examples..
A much larger, high resolution version would be much better to evaluate

looks as if you hit your retouch with a diffuse filter or just softened it some and the whites of the teeth and eyes are very bright

Yeah loaded the wrong file, I'm working on the bigger files, give me a try later.
