Help *sniffle

Okay I've tried everything I know how to try and I just cannot get these wrinkles out of her clothes. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm totally open, and PLEASE don't do it for me, if you can do it please take the time to educate me on how in the world you did it lol.

Thanks in advance

You might try a little dodge and burn (50% gray Overlay layer method) starting with a low opacity. Burning back the wrinkle highlights and dodging up the wrinkle shadows. Adjust opacity of the layer to suit. Perhaps add a little grain.

Create a new layer and start compositing away the wrinkles, borrowing from near by areas carefully. I would use layer masks. good luck. Like the sign.

Re: Help *sniffle

Thank you all SOOOO much, I actually combined your ideas. I first composited away the parts I could, where the pattern of the jacket would allow me to, then I burned and dodged the rest. WONDERFUL help. Thank you again!
