Any one want to take a shot at this?

I've worked this picture over and over and I can't get it right. A few things wrong with the photo, first the photographer - as parents we can't move once they start to compete, secondly, I shot it at a high ISO and couldn't tighten the apeture down without losing her - so the background is clearer than the foreground. Finally, she turns faster than my camera shoots (obviously)

My goal, I have 4 consecutive shots of her turns and want to put them in a filmstrip over a background with her silouette off the the right side. I don't want to loose the blur of motion.

I've tried: cropping, blurring the background, selecting her and making the background black - but I still loose too much of the motion.

I'll let you play if you want.

Maybe blurring the background and some sharpening on the girl... Still does not look too good. The shutter speed of 1/13 is very slow.

I wish we had a sharp face very similar to this one to paste onto it. I don't see it getting much sharper.

Should I just give up trying? Technically speaking, I'm not good enough to make it better, I reworked it again this weekend and I just seem to make it worse.

I have very sharp pictures of her face, with the same pasted smile, just not sure it would work.

I gave it a try...

very subtle gaussian blur and desat on bg, Topaz Sharpen to the subject, restored most of right arm, small curves adjustment.
