PhotoEdit: Skin Color Correction

Hello.

Rookie here, hoping for any advice/tips you can lend me.

Please see my photo. There's quite a bit to edit. The color of her skin needs serious fixing & overall I think some sharpening would be fitting. I'm new to learning Photoshop so the more precise direction the better.

What do you see in terms of improvement? How can I make this a beautiful image?

Hi there

I had a quick go at your example...To me it is very dark so I used Curves to lighten overall.

I then used another curves layer to further brighten and change the skin tone. I reduced yellow,magenta as well as cyan.

I then smoothed the skin and reduced some blemishes with the healing brush.

Butch
