clearing up/sharpening pics?

alright, so i have this pic that my friend took on my camera last night

i like the pic, but it turned out blurry
(it doesnt help that the venue has terrible lighting)

is there any way to clear that up and have it look kinda natural?
(this is the original file, before any correction of levels, lighting, etc)

Levels adjustment color correction layer, shadow/highlight, noise reduction, high pass midtone sharpening layer, sharpen.
