Hi Cusar:

You have done a good job (IMO better the second).

I am not a profesional (no yet), but I have learned a lot from people from this forum, and you have to consider that retouch is not only skin. If you have a look to your picture, you can see many things to repair, like eyelashes, blowing hairs, etc. It helps to final result.

Don´t misunderstand me. Is not a bad critique. I have to work a lot in my skills too. Continous learning. But I am absolutely sure that our better skill is to take the necesary time to look at the picture and decide what to retouch to improve the pic and what not.

Hope it helps....and I insist: good job, really.
