| Eyeliner For Eyes cAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT TOOL YOU WOULD USE TO PUT EYELINER ON THE TOP AND THE BOTTOM OF THE EYE, AND HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE LINER. I AM JUST STARTED OUT AND NEED ALL THE HELP THANKS IN ADVANCE  |
