Photo Retouching - - How to create soap foam for bath tube

Hello,
I have a photo of a bath tube and I need to create some soap foam for it ?
Can any one show me the technique ?

To start with, I would search some place like iStock for a photo of foam that might be composited into the bath tub image.

and then try OPTION+APPLE+TILDE to select only the luminosity of the soap bubbles.
