Hi Skauskas,

Theses are the techiques I used for the picture:

for the hair:
Copy of background layer, set to screen, reduced opacity

for the skin
- a little desaturation
- some color adjustments with curves
- highpass/blur fliter
- healing tool

for the background
-lighten with curves
-blur filter

last step ( to get this soft portrait like look):
- reduced everything to background layer
- copy of background layer, blurfilter, reduce of opacity

I attached another version of the picture to this post, (this time without the special portrait look, but with some more color and texture). I hope you like it.
