I'm not a taxi driver. I haul garbage for a living.

I don't believe that you get paid a high end retoucher's salary if you are indeed employed full time by someone.

A simple post I make and now a million questions. You don't believe it so think that I know the truth.

Re: High End Retouching = not....

Im no where near the best, but im getting there. You should not make a thread stating the obvious, which is necessarily true. For one, what is the point of making a thread and not giving your own personal tips. Its like being a teacher, telling a student theyre doing their work wrong, and then walking away. If you werent even going to help the student, you should have kept your mouth closed. Your work is not what i would even consider high end. And most of it looks blurred with texture added back. Or plastic and doll like, which is very pretty, but not enough to be called high end.

Re: High End Retouching = not....

I didn't come on here titling myself as anything NOR even talking about my work or comparing others to mine. I just THREW out the topic since it's blabbed about throughout this enter site...so might as well have a full thread on it for ANYONE that wants to join in or share tips..I already posted a link so people should stop being childish.

Re: High End Retouching = not....

Sorry if anyone got that feeling, it was not my intention. Just simply wanted to start a thread...possibly have people give helpful links (like I found for this thread) for others that may use not the better methods of skin retouch.
