Hi all,

I have put up a few of my photos online at http://picasaweb.google.com/brereton.paul . Please feel free to download any of them and post here with modifications / experiments. I do not attach any copyright to them so feel free to use them, however please do not use any untouched images for resale without my permission. The ones that are poor quality were taken with a mobile phone so you can skip those, the rest were taken with various Canon DSLR's.

Very nice images Paul and very generous of you. I like the landscapes. Here is one I did. I made it a bw in photoshop and then a tritone.

Mushy that is ok carry on, great photo's this could turn into a great thread with lots of different techniques and styles (from photo art to manipulations, fantasy art, corrections,montages, B&W etc etc ) that is if Mushy is ok with that !

But the law does, Paul: you – as the creator – hold the copyright to your photos. Whether you want it or not.
If you want to transfer the copyrights to someone else, you need to do so in writing, specifiying precisely which images it pertains to, and who the new copyright holder is.

If you want to 'orphan' your images, 'disown' them, or add them to the 'public domain', you simply remove all identifiers (especially EXIF data).
