Challenged by reflections!!! check it out (please)

Hey guys and gals!
Long time no see, its been a while for me since the last time i have visited this lovely forum, i'm glad to be back... and this time i am back with a challenge for you, i wanna see what you people think of this.
Here's my issue:
I got few photos of colored glass balls that i have to retouch, these are raw photos and contains all the reflections of the umbrellas of the photographer, you could see them all over the balls...

My jobs is to retouch them and make it all look nice and sweet, color corrected as well... but the problem is that i have less than 2 days... and im going nuts!

I was wandering if there's a faster way to retouch all the umbrellas rather than doing it by hand, one by one, with the brush, healing and stamp tools.
Im sure you guys has more experience in this than me... so any pearls of wisdom would be HIGHLY appreciated... and you will help keeping the color pigments in my hair rather than losing them over stress.

Check out the attachment so you could see the reflections i'm talking about that i gotta get rid of.

Maybe try the vanishing point filter

Zohar, welcome back,
Yup, short of reshooting with different lighting...clone tool.
Use a blank layer set to all layers and set up your clone point using clone source. You should be able to run through an entire image without resetting more than once or twice.
