dreadful cellular photo

After few minutes of work, looks better.

I never before use "nano-cams"... feels like a digital pinhole? crawling technology...

Nice. I think you could take it even further. The noise can likely be removed. There was detail lost in the background that can be recovered. Post a larger jpeg and we can help some.
