That Soft Dior Look for the Body????

Hello Everyone! I'm New to Retouch PRO and this is my first post... I came across the wonderful tutorial, "That Soft Dior Look for Portraits" and was wondering if there's a similar technique for the body. In particular, the legs! In other words, how do I avoid the phony "nude stockings" effect?

I resolved my problem with the usual methods, but before applying surface blur, textures, high pass filter, blending modes and layer masks, I had to use the healing brush and cloning stamp on 75% of the thighs! I was looking for something a bit less time consuming... Anyway, I was able to achieve a natural effect
