Replicating the "hollywood/Film look"

Any clues on how to replicate this 'look' in terms of film stock/grading/retouching? I've cracked the lighting , but still have not figured out the retouching/film stock etc

I did a quick search for photoshop film grain on google and found several tutorials.

try that one or do another search.
