Ciao! Si puo parlare in italiano? Credo che è meglio parlare in inglese in modo che tutti posssano seguire la discussione. Cmq. la parte inferiore l'avevo già ritoccata. Però volevo ricostruire completamente la parte superiore. Cioè in pratica avere una Struttura del Labbro nuova...

@Daviskw: yes i want to reconstruct the structure of the hole lip (the upper lip) but it have to look more realistic...Btw, what have you done? Cloning tool on a separate layer?

I tried painting it, but it's quite difficult...

why don't you try using healing brush on a new empty layer, and sample some texture of your lip, don't use the same sample, keep making diferent samples of texture to give a more realistic look. Be sure that you put Sample All Layers on your healing brush. If you use clone tool (you can use it either) , try finishing with some healing, that brings texture back 'cause to me the clone tool blurs some parts.

No cloning at all

I used five layers.

One set to darken
One set to lighten
Dodge and burn layer...soft light
Curves layer...luminosity
One set to color

Worked on a duplicate layer that the opacity could be adjusted.

Thanks for the help. But I don't know..the result with D&B is good, but is still looks retouched...Or what do you think?

hohooooo, that looks good How much time did you work on it? Only D&B LAyer or also Hue/Saturation?
