Post Processing Methods

Does anyone here knows how to process images to achieve something like this? I downloaded this photo from a site. All credits goes to the photographer and the model.

I am only interested in achieving this type of post processing. Can anyone help?

Thanks Swampy. I don't know that there were already threads on this. I tried searching before but just don't know about "Dave Hill" and "Dragan". Okay, I will do a search on these two. Thanks for the tip!

P/S: No wonder nobody replied...
