How to achieve this look? (Vincent Peters) Was wondering if anybody could help me out in explaining how one would go about in achieving this look. The photographer is Vincent Peters. The photos look somewhat painted. Thanks in advance. http://img174.imageshack.us/img174/1...ajohanspg3.jpg http://img174.imageshack.us/img174/9...ajohannlo6.jpg

Re: How to achieve this look? (Vincent Peters) I would say with this kind of an antique type work, they used various blending modes, some dodge and burn, sharpening, maybe high pass filter. It looks on the verge of Dragan or an influence of Dave Hill, Amy Dresser. Nice work in any capacity though. Try taking a file and experiment some in PS. steve Last edited by SteveB2005; 08-04-2008 at 05:03 PM.

Re: How to achieve this look? (Vincent Peters) Looks to me like the usual of some dodgeing and burning, colour correcting, sharpening then probably a film grain plug-in. That would do the trick...
