how do???

interesting treatment...

anybody got some ideas?? manly looking at the flare factor

have been trying highlight shadows, fill layers but with no luck.

any suggestions would be great.

sample the the darkest part of the image (such as the the weight) and make a new filled layer with that color (looks like a dark dusty purple), set to lighten, and maybe even duplicate that layer and set it to exclusion and lower the opacity (cuz i see some greenish in there)

Just curious as to what your interpretation of "Flare Factor" is? what are you trying to achieve with this picture?

After you post your less than 100K version, you could link to a site that is hosting a larger version.(like imagevenue.com or pixentral.com or photobucket.com)

Pixelation is prominent because of original small image size:
