Can someone retouch my photo?

I need someone to retouch this photo (im not actually in the picture, its someone else with delta goodrem)

Nothing needs to be done to delta goodrem because she looks pretty flawless and all, but with the other girl can you possibly take some of the redness away from her face, fix the chin and whiten the teeth, make the picture brighter, etc and any other things that can make it a perfect picture. It looks like you did OK with a prior Retouch on this site... why not try this small picture?

heres is a basic take on it

To tone down the red, you could use the HSL adjustments

i was board, so i did some major reconstruction on this photo

things done:
red eye

brightn & contrast Adj

Exposure comp
-2x masked
--the photos offset was more off from left to right, so i masked the left and
increased the offset only to that side

patched improfections

hue/sat
-2x masked
--overall huo increace
--the right girl had redness so i masked her and increased even more for her only

Burn & dodge - eyes, and shadows, burned in the lips

painted in disscolorations amd to ton down redness

Noise ninja

my own brand of sharpining, as well as black and detail enhancements

Something like this perhaps? I feel that many of the previous attempts were a bit too extreme. This just cleans up the color/contrast issues with masked curves layers.
