The look you were trying to achieve is a bit different than a traditional glamour retouch, which is fine. But, it will generate many different comments.
Regarding the basic d&b, I think you may have gone too far on her skin. I say this because there is not much detail left for us to "feel" her skin tone, smoothness, quality, etc. Look back at her "before" shot. You quickly sense she has good skin, less a few blemishes. In the "after" shot, you just cannot tell. So, as a viewer, we lose interest and our eyes wander to other parts of the image quickly.
