I have found color correction to be like chess openings, it pays to have more than one method in your bag of tricks. The same method dosn't always work on skim, old photos, landscapes, over exposed. learn all you can and choose the best one for the job.

So how do we do that? I already studied on how to use curves in RGB but I dislike that. Because its alrdy a powerful tool but... its somewhat awkward. I know theres number limit like shadows should be at 20 and highlights should be at 250. However I have found some areas that seem to need more contrast. The teacher already told me that I am wrong to think like that.. hmm... but I have eyes and my eyes don't lie to me now do they? hahaha.

Anyway any advice is always appreciated.

Your eyes don't lie, but sometimes your judgement does

now thats interesting thought... I realize that sometimes I fight with my judgement of the color correction. Now my assignment is due on the 21st of this month and I better gather things together to prepare for the presentation.
