Re: can someone fix this up for me please?

This is a forum where you learn to do things based on your own work; frequently, people do go ahead and fix something as an example on how to get to the end result...you are asking someone to do work for free, or so it sounds, which may explain your lack or replies. If I am incorrect, I apologize in advance, but zat's what it sounds like. Get Photoshop or another equivalent program, do some hard work like everyone else, and then come back for advice and you'll get hundreds of helpful responses. Savvy?

In addition to what Trickphoto said, you also have to have an idea of what you want to do to the picture. "Fix this image" is vague to say the least. Be specific about what you want to do and there will be people who will suggest how to best accomplish it.

babyB, welcome to RetouchPRO! Hope you enjoy your visits here.

Pretty vague instructions.. fix image, wear shirt wit chains, 4 Freeeee! And on an itsy bity picture that folks can hardly see

First It is much better if you do not link to images on other servers, since those links can break and that makes the forum thread essentially useless for future readers.
click here: Attaching Files or Images to Threads or Posts
and/or here: Size and quality for Attached Images!! for instructions

After you post your less than 100K version, you could link to a site that is hosting a larger version.

Second, The Forum has a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section wit your question answered:
Will you do my restoration/retouch/repair for me?
No. This is a site for learning, and we will gladly help you learn to do it yourself. We have a "Image Help" forum just for that purpose. Click on "Forums" on the navbar to get there. There is also a "Classifieds" forum if you're willing to pay one of our members to work on your photo.

But, I am a chump for a pretty face, Soooo, Hopefully these poorly done samples will inspire you to try retouching on your own.

I had no idea what elements you wanted to keep in the pic so I did two versions (Hope he don't mind wearing his earring on the right ear)

Stick a fork in me..... I'm dun!!
