Hi al ! i have a question, do You have any ideas on how to achieve that look :

Yeh, it doesn't look like anything proprietary. Basically, some mid-tone contrast adjustment with maybe a gradient.
Here are a few very quick examples of what can be done, both in third party filters and in one or two steps with curves and a gradient.

No ring flash, displaced hard shadow, only one direction. But I agree with you that ring flash produce better results. I agree too with the wide angle lens. Have you tried using a monopod, relay shutter and put it over the people, the band, over every thing....... amazing point of view.

This is simply a fisheye or ultra-wide angle lens, and flash. Cause the ambient light is so weak, you get the natural vignetting. Adjust contrast/sat to taste.
