My first D&B attempt!

Hello guys,
I started recently to be interested in professional photo retouching. I am a young photographer myself and wanted to improve the quality of my own pictures. I read quite a lot about the workflow in portrait enhancing and the so acclaimed D&B technique. So, I decided to try it on a picture of mine, done by a friend this summer. I thought it would be fair to study on my photos instead of destroying somebody else's :-)
Here's the result. To be honest I am quite satisfied by it, but it seems that I overdid it a bit (as usual). What do you think?
