This is some of my work. How do you like it ?

Without some guidance on what you want us to critique, you may get more than you bargained for ! (You could throw these in the critique section also.)

Anyway, for the majority, I think you have some work to do (or not do).
I like the images and think you're on the right track. Though, three of them are a bit over done.

- The guy seems more of a tonality difference only, which looks fine. The hair may be a bit dark.
- The blond unfortunately is way over done.
- The brunette eyes and teeth too white, skin a bit over done.
- The last one, eyes too white, skin over toned, hair is fine. The original skin tone was fine, the skin only needed refining. The overall contrast needed adjusting.

Obviously, you have been working on the techniques. You are just overdoing it. So, try backing it off and post some more if you wish to.
