Re: Help needed with doublechin

Had a quick go with your picture.

A little bit of patching and cloning, to a new layer, then I reduced the layer opacity a touch to show through some of the original detail and get a better blend.

Colour corrected image and reduced red-eye.

It's a bit rough and ready, but gives you some idea of what can be achieved.

Re: Help needed with doublechin

You could use the liquify tool + some D&B

Re: Help needed with doublechin

A quick adjustment,
- red eyes (to test ACR in PSE6)
- color adjustment
- reducing local contrast on faces (softlight highpass, inversed and masked)
- dodging and burning on the double chin (softlight grey layer, painting with cheek colours)
- camera distortion towards pincushion

Re: Help needed with doublechin

Using Photoshop CS3

I corrected the red eye

I lightened the image some by copying the layer using screen mode at about 20% opacity

I selected some portions of the double chin and copied them to a new layer and using the move tool moved them centrally.

I used the liquify filter

I lightened up a few creases.
