The new version of capture 1 pro is out. How much of an industry standard is processing images with capture 1?

.....This is Phase One proprietary software for their digital back, with the ability to work on other raw files (from different makers), most people prefer to use original raw processor software that came with the hardware (db, camera)…if you don’t work with files from phase one, what’s the point?
Adobes have DNG editor (beta), that you can create camera profiles and they have created (beta) profiles for different cameras, you can create your presets and you can use it in ACR and LR…
