image with cool tones

I keep running into these images that to be rather under saturated and cyan heavy is various fashion magazine photo editorials. Anyone have a formula for these...see example....

Try to desaturate the color and increase the contrast slightly and see what happens

Try to choose red in selective color and move towards cyan - and maybe desaturate a bit.
