Tried to post this in photo art challange 29

What the heck, I can't figure out why I can't post in the challenge, but, I thought that it was kinda cool. I found the border action from one of our tutorials ( http://www.atncentral.com/PDF/PopOut_Tutorial.pdf ) and I thought it kinda added a neat frame.
I started out trying to do a sketch, but, that did not look right so I went into duplicating layers and inverting, and changing colors.
