| How to do this? http://copperportfolio.multiply.com/photos/album/41 The photographer is Camilla Åkrans. I like the photos because the colors are kinda desaturated and the images have a light grey/white layer on top which makes this soft look. So I guess there are two questions here: 1.How to get the color? 2.How to get the soft look(looks just like shot against sun light, but obviously not)? Thank you in advance.  |

| Re: How to do this? Why not? The lighting looks like back lit from the sun and then a big white/silver reflector screen to her right to bounce back some of the sunlight. You can see the reflection btw on the breasts. As for the color make sure the skin is evenly exposed so you retain a lot of skintone information and you can play a lot more with it afterwards. |

| Re: How to do this? you cna see the white refelctor in the reflections of her Outfit. It is full sun and white reflector to oppisite side. It is her poses and keen eye to fashion that most people will never have no matter what they try and do.. She is also obviously desaturating the skin tones and over all look of the image. Once you have the light and the looks like she does then you could worry about how to get that color.. First go get those type of images... after MANY years of shooting..:+] Snook |
