First time using D&B to make the skin smoother...

Hello Everyone.
I have never used the D&B to make the skin smoother before. So this is my first try. Please tell me what you think and what I can do to make it better.

Very interesting picture and good job cleaning it up. The size of the picture makes it hard to give a good critique. But one thing I can see is the slight redness between the shadows and skin tone; for example, in between the noise and forehead.

Vibrence reduction or hue sat (reds) reduction masking only whats needed will take care of it. dont fully remove it, just reduce slightly. I used hue sat, selecting that red, sat -35 lightness +1, then masked the area using low opacity brush to slowly remove it.

Also, for next time you post (or even now). Post your pictures here small (for quick viewing) and post a link to an off site provider at higher resolution (ie. flicker...).

I say this because its hard to judge and 100K thumbnail if you know what I mean.
