if you clone at a low percentage, or use liquify, just be careful of the background texture. make sure it is not destroyed or soft and smushy. a little noise above all helps.

not sure if any of the images that you work with are film, but that texture has to remain solid, or it will be obvious retouching. use a solar curve to check this.
