Very Nice! Great job retaining skin texture while smoothing! A lot of people over do it you did very very well. Only suggestion and a minor one at that! etch a little dark line around the color part of the eye and the white of the eye.

I used the pen tool and brushed path (I set brush to 6px fully softened and stroked on a new layer then set opacity to 30%)

Might not be your style but adds some life to the image. Let me know what you think! Its a small detail but its worth it to me... also i downloaded your posted image to show you an example and tried to upload if i did it wrong please tell me... Im new to this site

I'm pleased with your work. Since you are advancing, you also get a more advanced critique In red are some spots that should be addressed. In blue are some color issues.
- eyes, I would prefer to remove the shadows under the eyelids;
- left collar bone, that shadow looks funny and wouldn't want someone to think you did it;
- neck, same thing;
- white spots throughout left shoulder area;
- lip color is inconsistent, brown toward edges;

Also, the skin texture is beginning to get orange peel'ish. Be careful there.
