Looks nice... Even though I like veinless and the opposite as well... I think tehre is noise reduction here and all the other stuff.

Re: How to retouch like this!

The 5 different methods to achieve the Amy Dresser Look Tutorial has been ripped, cleaned and put into a PDF? @:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/wzmxmaztuj2/Amy Dresser Tutorial.pdf
It really does need the rollover to see the very subtle differences but I guess you could put the pics on separate layers and click em on and off if you need to visualize it

For those interested in how Amy Dresser does her thing as explained by her... There is a brief explanation from Amy... archived in this post @ RetouchPRO. There is also a sample PSD file there showing her layers and work flow.
(If you download it, Pay particular attention to the "Carve" Layer.. (Excellent example of pains taking D&B on a gray layer))

thanks... I'm going to try it as soon as I get some free time that wasn't originally meant for sleep. It's a bit busy right now.

I think that style is waaaaaaaaaayyyyyy overcooked. Look at it like this, if you were waling down the street and either one of those chicks walked up to you, appearing exaclty what they look like in the image, what would your reaction be? I mean really, picture a anemic, plastic, wrinkless, veinless, white eyeballed, white toothed alien walking up to you and askingif you wanted a strawberry! LOL

That's marketing my friend. haha
Personally I think the d&b is a bit too much
