Fixing a blurred photo in ps3

I am trying to fix a slightly blurred photo in PS3. It is in a RAW format. Any good tutorials that I could look for?

Something on Hi Pass sharpening. Provided the image doesn't have motion blur, Hi Pass sharpening can do wonders.

There is no motion in the photo. I'll try the HI Pass

How about if instead of saying blurred, I say out of focus, just a bit out of focus, enough to bug me a bit!

I'd post the photo, however, it is my daughter and her friend with their names behind them at the Target center, so for privacy reasons I'm not posting the pic...I know, if it was posted you could help more!

I agree with AFrazier, Highpass is the best start. But when Highpass is not enough...Add a Unsharp mask to the Highpass. Just be sure to watch for halo's, as this type of sharpening is not the cleanest.

Steps:

1. Duplicate/copy murge
2. Highpass
3. Unsharp mask
4. Overylay/softlight blending mode
5. Opacity adjust

Actually, I've found that you can run the Hi Pass two or three times to achieve good results without having to resort to Unsharp Mask, though the addition of an Unsharp Mask once all is said and done will only prove to sharpen it even more.

The "out of focus" look is precisely what I expected the problem was. Hi Pass will usually fix it.
