Hi,
Very nice job on eyebrows and skin color
but you got a little color cast on her ear
and also you could try to add more eye-lashes and get rid of some hair on her sweater

The color of the eyes make it more intense. and yes as kapalika said, you could have removed some of these stray hair.
Personally I would get some more definition to the nose bridge

The image looks like its perspective is distorted. And the lady's lipstick is smudged, spilled over.

You may need some monitor calibration, her face has gone pink.

i would liquify her weird mouth, resize her huge forehead and redraw her chin and make a note to myself: next time choose a real model.
i really dont intend to be mean but photography is like good food. it all start with good ingredients.

I think it's important to examine what Mark said, the pink color cast. What ever adjustment you made was fairly inclusive of the entire image. The result being skin, eye whites, etc. are all color cast. If it is not apparent to you, try the calibration.

Otherwise, a good start on the retouch. No need to reshape things, as that was probably not your point. It appears you were mostly interested in the skin. Given the quality of the original, I think you did fine. Just reexamine that color issue.
