i know him personally and worked with him as a photographer he is offering these rates for newbee photographers and models to enter in professional world

i think rates are good and he have huge huge huge client list bcoz of his rates

Florin gets my vote. Lots of good commercial stuff on this site but I'm not sure too many could do what he does to fix a picture. He's an alchemist!
