help, please

Hello, The main reason I found this site is the photo I attached. I really want fix it if possible. I first looked around your site when I realized I would need psp to get help, so I downloaded paint shop pro photo x2 trial. So my question is where do I start? I've watched the videos several times each. Then I tried the help pages. I must say "I'm confused". Any help would be wonderful! Thank You, josie

The image is too small to fully judge what needs to be done.
It appears, however, that the cloning tool will be able to fix some of the more obvious problems.

Start with that, post your progress and people will guide you from there.
