im back !

i accidentally deleted my cookies and i couldnt remember my login information. long story, but im back!
how is everyone? i have made a (personal) discovery. and i say personal because someone is sure to have discovered this before me, but recently i bought a makeup book by rae morris and i have to say that the photography and retouching in this book is magnificent!

its done by steven chee so you can take a look at some of the photographs featured in the book here.

my other favourite photographer/retoucher has to be amy dresser. i love some of her techniques..

108 views and not a reply ! I think that is sad ... I'm an old man with a very slow brain and relatively new to this retouching malarky so there aren't many threads that I'm qualified to reply to ! Anyway I followed your link and had a look. I found it interesting with plenty of ideas . It's always good to see whats out there . Bill

I'm a newbie at retouching too.

I like this group on flickr because it lets you see an immediate comparison between retouching 'befores' and 'afters'. The downside is that many people in this group don't make larger sizes available - and for looking at retouching work that's a pity.
