I saw a tutorial somewhere about swapping faces, so search about swap faces by Photoshop and i hope you will find something.

I was just look for the other day on merging/morphing faces.... a lot of tutorials on the net on this.... this is one i was looking at..

I think the original Kai's Power goo and fusion room could do that, its discontinued as they were taken over by Corel, but you might be able to download it as freeware somewhere, regards,
