| Re: blood problem Most of the movies that I saw took images of the inner wound, then copy pasted and burned in. Here is a hi resolution of a stomach wound with a CC license. I would suggest going out and getting some wound make up and take pictures of it. Or applying the fake wounds before the shoot.
