Hang on it's not 1st April yet.

That was funny.

Re: How do I add more curls?

If you had a number of images you could take the curls from one model and cut/paste them onto another model so they did not look exactly the same. Because you have a nice smooth background...it may be possible to extract these curls of yours so that the holes are transparent and will lay over new areas great.

Im with the others...cut a curl from the same or another image...put it on a new transparent layer above...transform it into position and shape...then put a black layer mask on that layer and paint with a soft white brush on the mask...that will blend in the hair to the existing hair better.

Since this new hair is on a new transparent layer...you can hit the small "lock transparency" icon at the top left of the layers pallet and that will enable you to paint ONLY ON THE HAIR...NOT in the transparent areas...So, that means that you can draw in strands of hair to make it look more natural...or clone other hair texture from this image or another one...so now you have some good and believable texture as well...and maybe even a good color match if from the same person.

Good Luck!

Re: How do I add more curls?

Don't know if this is what you want but all I did was lasso the left side of the hair and made it into a layer which I then flipped horizontally using the Transform tool . Since the background was the same color the selection did not have to be done with any care at all.
