G'day OlBaldy. Thanks very much for letting me see my Wife again in her favourite Photo, mine to of course.
The program Photoshop7 was used. Am interested on your Program used and approach to the Problem.

Re: Pam in Pilatus

There is a hope for this picture, but the posted copy contains very bad jpeg artifacts & not much can be done with it.

Like Chillin says, the image probably has possibilities. But not at this size. Please upload a (link to) a high-res image/scan, gnorris.

Did a levels and made some color corrections then just combined a bunch of different lighter and darker Light, dark, softlight, and color layers and masked out what I didn't want... combined all then used a bit of noise reduction, (Neat Image, Polaroid scratch and dust) Painted on a color layer.. the sky, water and ground above all the other layers.. with what I thought would be appropriate colors

Chillin that looks mighty fine!

Re: Pam in Pilatus

Faaaaaaaaantastic Brilliant. Sad to say at 75 am a very slow learner as Memory Lane is Sooooo long. Theres much I have to learn and how to Mask and Manipulate Layers.
So back to Plodding along. Will be Happy if I can be half as good as you.
Thanks
Graham

G'day Gary, Brilliant Picture. A favour, any chance of getting it in original size.
Pam and I have been married for 51 years. This is both our favourite as it has a special meaning for us of Happier times.
