Please help me retouch a bit

I've tried a few times and can't get it right...

Please remove the double chin and make the face a bit slimmer (not too much, and if the body needs to be slimmed a TEENY bit to match the face that's fine) and make the green of the eyes brighter(again, not too much).

Used dodge and burn to blend the dark D chin line. Used a 50% grey filled layer, then panted at low opacity (op 12 flo 15) with white (dodge) and black (burn). This allows you to dodge and burn non destructively.

Next time post a bigger picture, or post a small one here and a link to a bigger one off site.

I agree with albatross, not much if any doubble chin.

I did 2, one to show just the D chin removal and the other with further shadow removal.
