Plz help me retouch

I posted before and got a couple rly good touch ups, but I didn't realize the picture was so small... I now have a link to it on photo bucket, so if anyone can retouch the following:

Remove the double chin(and plz don't make it "round" when you do it, leave the "curve"), make the face a bit slimmer, make the colors more vibrant, make the eyes a brighter green
