The one thing that popped out at me was her hair looks graying. Is that natural? She seems so young, but that could be me.
I would use more color enhancements to make it pop.
I used fade correction 68%
skin smooth tool 75%

Film and filters
looks:glamour
creative filter custom
filter color: R: 255
G: 218
B: 173

Density: 20%

We use different software, so I dont know how good the info is for you.
Someone with more experience will come along tho!

I just wanted to see if I could... Sooo, I had a play at your picture.

I think you have a great start.. the only thing I see.. is you have tempered your hand toward caution and have remained on the light side ... for these type of shots they seem to lean toward the extreme.

Sooo, I tried to bring it a little more over the top

A really sloppy loose selection of both Iris... Ctrl+J to put them on their own layer... Filter>Sharpen>Unsharp Mask... Over-sharpen to taste, then mask and paint black to hide everything but the Iris.. used Dodge tool set on highlights @ about 20% to bring up some of the highlights more....

Eyelashes (from obsidiandawn (free)) each on their own layer... transformed to fit and lowered opacity to taste

Rectangular selection of both eyes, Filter>Liquify>Bloat Tool over each complete eye.. just a couple quick clicks on each

Brought back, but lightened, the bags under the eyes to look a bit more natural

Thats about it for the eyes.. The over-sharpening was the major thing for the effect
